Resume analysis is designed to help employers compare job descriptions with candidate's resumes to identify the best matches based on skills and experience.
We are supporing the most popular file formats such as .png

After loading the resumes, the program will automatically extract candidate profile information and match them with the job description.
The results will be presented in a tabular form, allowing employers to compare the candidates and select the best ones easily.

Candidate's technical skills are extracted by comparing the candidate's resume with the skill tags mentioned in the job description. When creating an interview, Skepri automatically infers what skills are most relevant to the job description and then compares the candidate's resume with the skill tags to determine if the candidate has the required skills. Also, it is possible to manually change or add skills to the list.
To perform resume analysis for a newly created interview, follow these steps:

To perform resume analysis for an existing interview, follow these steps:
Similarly to how it was described in previous section, to review resume analysis results, navigate to employer panel, click on symbol in top right corner of an existing interview and select Resume analysis. Once the resume analysis is finished, you will see a table with all the candidates and their skills. You can sort the candidates based on their skills and then further review the resumes of the candidates by clicking Resume button from the Action section of the table.
If you edit the interview to add new skill tags or notice any details missing in the table, you can update the information about the candidate by selecting the Edit action from the action section of the table.
Before sharing any information about the candidate, make sure that the candidate provided their consent to share their personal data with third parties. You can use following clauses:
