Once you create your first interview, you can start inviting the candidates. From the main page, navigate to the Employer panel, select the interview you want to conduct by click the vertical ellipsis in the top right corner of the interview template, and then select Invite. Upon visiting the invitation panel, you must choose between automatic invitation emails or creating invitation links only.
If you decide to send the invitations automatically, emails will be sent to the candidates using our email address. Each candidate will receive a separate email with the interview link.
Once you set up your email subject and message, you must choose whether to send invitations only to single or multiple candidates. If you want to send it to multiple candidates, you must create a contact list.
Links generation is intended to develop alternative ways of inviting candidates to AI interviews. All you need to do is provide both the interview expiration date and amount of interview links you want to receive. After you click Send Now, you will receive a separate email with an attachment containing all interview links generated. From that point onwards, you can share the invitation in whatever way you find suitable (for example, through a LinkedIn message or just sending it using your email address).
Variables allow the creation of better-customized emails by using special symbols in the email content. Variables can be used both in the email subject and in the email template. Currently, we're supporting the following variables:
